Microburst Blows Planes Off The Ramp In Colorado Springs

In April 2014, an intense microburst swept across the ramp at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. The microburst was so powerful, it forced several tow planes to make unplanned takeoffs. Watching this will give you a healthy respect for microbursts, as well as how to avoid them.
